La Brancaia works the soil only in every second row. This reduces erosion, provides more organic substances for each plant, reduces the plants' strength and promotes biodiversity. Since 1996 we have participated in the programme 2078/92, called "Limitation of fertilizers and chemical pesticides". Fertilizing is based on regular inspections of soil and plants in all vineyards. |
